New Beginnings

After the intensity of April with the eclipses, and the on-going Grand Cross which has continued into May, I wonder if anyone has any energy left for new beginnings. In my own life, I am still going through the endings, but I can feel a new beginning on the horizon.

I have been following many other writers on the subject of this New Earth, new reality or simply new beginning. Many of them have been writing on the coming of this time period for years. It always felt like it was only a moment away, but now it really does feel like we have left the old behind. It’s like we have unplugged from the old reality, and we are now in the process of moving into a new space where love needs to be the keystone.

The keystone became a symbol for me back when I finished graduate school in the fall of 2003. I wrote about the symbol in my first book, “The Healing Path of the Romantic: Type Four of the Enneagram Personality Type System.” In that book, I described how that symbol first came to me on a spiritual retreat, and then how it continued to show up in other ways such as in Dan Brown’s best seller, “The Da Vinci Code”. Brown’s character, Robert Langdon, in the book believes, “The keystone is an encoded stone that lies beneath the sign of the Rose.” He also goes onto to describe it as an architectural term, “…Every stone archway requires a central, wedge-shaped stone at the top which locks the pieces together and carries all the weight. The stone is, in an architectural sense, the key to the vault.” And then lastly, “…the keystone is an encoded map…a map that reveals the hiding place of the Holy Grail.”

At that time, it was the word – map, which caught my attention. I wondered if there was a map that I could follow to find my next step. After more signs from the “keystone,” I wrote my book – a map of healing for Romantics. I also moved into my home in the Gold country of California, and named it “Keystone Pines.” My map led me to this area, and to this home, and now, I am guided to a new way of living.

It’s time for a new map, and a new home, and for many others, they are also feeling the pull towards a new lifestyle. As we each move towards our heart’s desire, we create this new reality in our own lives, and with others. If you feel like you’ve been through a great storm, then you’re probably more than ready for a new beginning.

Just around the corner is the next New Moon on May 28 which happens to be in the sign of Gemini, which highlights the power of our mind and thoughts. That seems to be the perfect time to release your intentions for your own personal new beginning. In a previous issue of the “Insight,” a local directory and magazine for natural, holistic and sustainable living, I wrote about how to manifest with the moon cycle. If you click here, http://www.donnafisherjackson.com/iris_insights/in_the_news.html   you can read the steps, and co-create your own new reality.

I wish you well on your own life’s path this month, and in June. I will be taking a break from my newsletter/blog in the month of June as I travel cross-country in the next step of my new beginning. In the future, I will continue to write in this blog, and share more of my new life on the road. Until we meet again, take the road less traveled, and follow your own map to create your own path in life. Blessings on your journey.
